I have the galaxy tab s8 plus wifi version And have not received it yet

I also have galaxy tab s8 Ultra 5G version not receiving android 13.

I really dont know what is happening to Samsung delaying the releasing of android 13 to samsung tab s8 in the Asian Region most probably there were still a lot of bugs need to be eliminated.
