I pre-ordered the Tab s8 Ultra on February 12th. The website states that it will be delivered by February 23rd. But it didn't arrive on time, then I waited an hour to ask customer service what happened.

The answer was that they were out of stock due to too many orders, and the delivery was delayed until around March 10th.
I can't accept an answer like this, it's simply irresponsible. I'm facing an exam soon and I need a tablet to help with my studies. I will not pre-order if I know the order will be delayed.

This is my last Samsung purchase.

It's February 28th now. My order still says it will be delivered on February 23rd. So I went to ask customer service again. This time he didn't say it would arrive around March 8th but said it would take another two to three weeks.  That's interesting.

I am in the same situation as you. Order placed on Feb. 12, "Delivered by Feb. 23". It still has not arrived.

But for me, after waiting an hour to talk to someone via online chat, they told me that they were experiencing delays, but seeing that I had placed the order early (Feb. 12) that I should receive it by the end of this week.

I don't believe that though because it's already Thursday evening and the status on my order is still "Processing".

Shame on you for your dishonesty, Samsung!

I too ordered mine on February 10th with a delivery date of March 8th, today I noticed it has been pushed back to April 8th?!?  The keyboard case shipped with the phone but now a month and a half wait for my S8 Ultra?  Come on Samsung!

I pre-ordered my S8 Ultra on 10th February with a delivery date of 25th February.  I have not yet received my order and the status still says delivery on 25th February.

I am not going to cancel as I do want this tablet but, come on Samsung, keep your customers up to date on what is happening with their deliveries.

Most people won't cancel their order if there is a delay, they just want to know when to expect delivery.  They may cancel due to rubbish customer services, which is what we are getting!

I ordered an S8+, confirmed delivery date 25 Feb, no answer from support on what is happening on the order - would not be so bad there is a delay, but here I don't want an expensive item in my letterbox all day....

Get it together and send people reasonable shipping times Samsung!

PO-ed the Samsung S8 Tab (11'') version in my country, Malaysia around 21st Feb 2022. Also facing this "Limited Stock" BS after putting PO deposit which is freaking disappointing. Why not put an estimated date based on batches just like Apple's IPhone 13 launches? Live chat and CS-Service is trash by giving generic answers. This tablet definitely my first and my last product so ABCDE-F YOU SAMSUNG!

I understand your frustration, and you're right to expect that a pre-ordered product should arrive as promised. When a company offers pre-orders, it's generally understood that they are reserving a certain quantity of the product for those who order ahead of the general release. If a company overbooks or cannot fulfill the orders, it's a failure on their part.

Check Here some steps you can consider taking:

  1. Documentation: Keep records of all communication between you and the company, including the pre-order confirmation, any estimated delivery dates, and the response from customer service.

  2. Seek Compensation: Contact customer service again and express your disappointment in the delayed shipment. Given the inconvenience this has caused, especially with your upcoming exam, you can ask if they can expedite your order or offer any compensation, like a discount or a voucher for future purchases.
