I’m encountering an issue with redeeming the 4-month YouTube Premium offer available on my Samsung gift. After redeeming the offer, I am redirected to YouTube, where it states that my account is not eligible for this offer. This is confusing because I am using a new YouTube account (not a new email). To resolve this, I created a new account, but then it only shows that I am eligible for a free month, which seems to be a standard YouTube offer, not the Samsung promotion.
Has anyone else faced this problem? How can I access the full 4-month offer as advertised by Samsung?
It is only eligible if you haven't tried YouTube Premium with your account. If you have tried Premium either by using free trial or subscribing, you are ineligible for the promo.
