I don't know if anyone else encountered this, but whenever i restart my Tab S3, it will complete the restart with a default set up of the home acreen. I mean, my personalised folders and layout are back to default! My installed apps are still around in the app drawer, but those personalisation are all gone. I hate to regroup them into folders again and again. Did I miss a setting somewhere that caused this to happen? Thank you in advance for any helpful insights.
Hello @Hartmann, I would recommend backing up your device and factory resetting. This will reset it to the default layout, but may fix the issue for subsequent restarts. Alternatively you can take it in to your nearest Samsung Service Center so that they can physically inspect the device. -Jenna
