TabletsHi mohih, We suggest you to try performing clear cache and data for Settings app and see if it works.
Open settings >> Applications >> Tap three dots >> show system apps. search for settings app then tap on it >> storage >> clear cache and clear data.

Tablets1- Clea cash and clear data for setting app.
2- I used factory reset
3- I used setting reset
4-I used clear cash in recovery mode
None of them work.
