There is G.O.S issue recently about new devices of Samsung, you will see what Google said about GOS. I think this update is about most of GOS issue.

With new update, now u have an option to turn GOS off partially or disable it using 3rd party again(they blocked it with ui 4.0). Default GOS setting will limit in game performance close to half which is even poorer performance than battery saving mode of apple's(but geekbench test will run w/o any sort of performance limit. Thats why geekbench dicided to ban past 4 generation record from there lists including galaxy tab s8 series)
