Tab S9+ display issue

I ve bought a tab s9+ this month. Within my first week, on my lock screen, when I single touch the screen to just wake the fingerprint sensor, I noticed one line flashing. After a careful observation, I found out two dots on the top too. I contacted the online service team and requested for a replacement tablet. I got my replacement yesterday, after setting it up, the first thing that i checked is this issue. And it is dtill there and it's a different tablet. 

I see the same issue posted on reddit by someone else. I guess its a device wide problem not just mine. Samsung has to reply on this. They are selling either devices with faulty screen technology or some software glitch. 

Can somebody guide me how can I elevate this issue?

I don't know why I am getting no response from any community moderators. I have more developments for this as I am checking out the device more. When I turn on the device, I can see the line flashing once before it shows samsung.

I tried taking videos, but the line is flashing too fast that the cameras cannot pick it up. I can physically show one person what's happening. If you want just a picture of the device I can share that

Hi Chrisrt, is your issue solved now? Did you face any problem further. I too got my tab s9+ today and experienced the same problem.
