My autocorrect keeps messing everything up and I dont know how to turn it off

Hi chris15,

Bring up your keyboard. Click Settings icon (gear icon) -> Smart Typing. Turn off Predictive Text and it should not correct itself.

Or, click Auto replace, turn off English. Then it will not auto replace the text.

Also, under Auto spellcheck, turn off English and it won't fix your wrong spelling.

Try Google keyboard (Gboard). It's prediction and correction are much better than the Samsung keyboard, and swipe works really well on it. Only drawback is there Samsung keyboard has a bit better layout.
