Does anyone know where i might buy a POGO DOCK to fit my Galaxy Tab Active2 which was shipped to me in Canada from California in May, 2020.  On the side of my tablet the POGO metal "dots" are arranged in 2  -  3  -  2   formation.

Thanks but it looks as though this dock has 4 pins (or whatever they are called). On the side of my TAB ACTIVE2 the round metal parts are in a 2 - 3 - 2 formation. Total of 7. Have you ever seen that in a POGO dock?

Hi, If the device is from USA, we suggest you to check with Samsung USA support to get information about the compatible docks and can check with any stores in Canada to see if they are available.

I was on Samsung "chat" today (December 2, 2021) and they basically told me there were no POGO accessories available from Samsung.

RAM has several "docks" that fit and are designed to use the POGO connectors.  One seems to only charge, at least one says charge and data, and it remains a challenge to figure out what is wired to the POGO contacts. The one I bought (RAM-HOL-SAM60PDU ) has one cable terminating in a USB micro that does not provide a data connection, although there should be one somewhere, but appears to charge.  The other cable has a USB B connector, and when I use a USB B to USB C cable (to my tablet) it does nothing.   If I skip the dock and use the USB C socket, I get an ordinary Android data connection, but so far, the POGO connection via the RAM dock only seems to work as a charger.

To clarify -- I'm trying to connect two tablets -- the Galaxy Tab Active2 and a Dell 7220.  The latter, by the way, has a "shop manual" that even tells you how to open it up and replace components, but it's bulky to toss in a sea bag to use for navigation. Wish Samsung provided documentation like that.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active2, according to RAM, has software limitations regarding the use of the POGO connection.  This is after RAM advertises its dock will work with "power" and "data" and that it operates for "data sync."  RAM now says the Galaxy Tab Active2 needs to be a "HOST" when using the POGO connection, so it won't work for what I think is "data sync" namely connecting to another computer.  Then RAM says, to use USB C (duh!).  Except RAM says that Samsung doesn't let you connect to both POGO and USB C at the same time.   RAM also says the POGO connection is only for peripherals "such as a mouse, keyboard, barcode scanner, flash drive, etc." In fact RAM physically blocks the USB C port for this reason, so it is impossible to use their mount when doing data sync to another computer.   RAM advertises data sync and Samsung doesn't tell you.   I have a different mount (Tidal Mount) that is electronics free that will work fine as a mount and leave USB C free to both charge and data sync.   Not happy. Returning for full refund.  Too bad the guy at the retailer is the only one who seems to care.
