custom ringtones

I have the s20 plus and Have no idea why when I set custom ringtones for all my contacts...it always switches all of them back to default or to one sound

Hi Dragonan, Yes, please follow the steps suggested by Tallman, Save the mp3 files under the ringtones or notification folder on the phone memory then set custom ringtones.

ok thank you very muxh I will try moving them all to ring tone or notification and see if that works.Im new to samsung ha usually have iphone

My default folder is Ringtones. Maybe you rename the folder? Or try create a new folder name exactly "Ringtones" and put all mp3 in it.
