can't sign in Galaxy acount

I can't sign in Galaxy acount.
So screen is white out as screen shot.

I've got the same problem, reset my phone, installed all the same apps and now I can't sign into my account, just a blank white rectangle. on samsung USA forums lots of people with the same problem  been 4 days now and no fix
