WearablesIf you haven't already, please do not update the galaxy watch 4's software.
There is a major bug in the new firmware that causes the watch to brick when powered off or the battery goes below 1%.
You will not be able to charge it nor turn it back on, and currently, Samsung Canada is not aware of the issue so there is no recall or whatsoever.
However, Samsung Korea is aware of the situation and wrote an apology letter.
They are offering a free repair (obviously).

Just contacted Samsung US, they acknowledge issue and have asked for me to send in for a fix. Indicating they will cover repair even though my watch purchase was 15 months ago, so past the 1 year warranty. Fingers crossed....
