Double counting of steps

I am using Galaxy Watch and my Samsung Health is double-counting my steps. Is  anybody else experiencing this problem? It started only recently, wandering if this is a glitch in software.

Hi, we would like to tell you that sometimes watch is too loose, or the sensor is dirty, it may have difficulty counting your steps.

We request you to Clean the watch and make sure it's properly fitted.

Please check for the watch software update and also Samsung Health app update?.
