WearablesI previously had a Watch5 and was monitoring my steps. I just purchased the Watch7 and set up steps via smartswitch and in turn, the Samsung Health app. Unfortunately, my steps are now doubling and tripling arbitrarily and I can't find anywhere online that provides a resolution. I've cleared the cache, rebooted my watch and it is still double or triple counting my steps.

Thanks for reaching out. Step doubling can occur if both your phone and watch are tracking steps or if old data from your Watch5 was restored. Please go to Samsung Health > Menu > Settings > Select step data to show, and make sure only your Watch7 is selected.
If the issue continues, we recommend unpairing, resetting the Watch7, and setting it up without Smart Switch restore. Also, ensure both your watch and Samsung Health app are fully updated.
