WearablesHi gagucool,
To fix the issue where the workout screen doesn't stay active on your watch after the One UI 6 update, you can adjust your display and workout settings to ensure it functions as expected:
Check Display Timeout Settings: Open the Settings on your watch. Go to Display > Screen timeout. Set a longer timeout duration (e.g., 1 minute or more).
Enable "Keep Screen On" in Samsung Health: Open the Samsung Health app on your watch. Select the Workout type you're using. Scroll down and ensure Keep screen on is toggled ON.
Turn Off Power Saving Mode: Power-saving features may override the screen timeout. Go to Settings > Battery and disable any power-saving mode if it's active.
Ensure the Workout Screen Is Active: During the workout, tap the screen to ensure the activity tracker is displayed, preventing auto-lock.
These steps should resolve the issue and ensure your workout screen remains active during your sessions.
Thank you.

WearablesNope. None of these solves this problem. You have to leave samsung health notifications on. It has nothing to do with the screen going dark, it's when you want to view your watch during a workout, it shows the homescreen.
He posted the correct solution and I also figured this out.

WearablesLeaving the Samsung Health notification ON did not solve my issue with the workout screen not staying on. Is this what you are stating that solved your same issue?
This is frustrating.
Thank you.

WearablesWith the Keep Screen On option during a workout, my battery just dies. This is not a useful solution for me. I am not sure how anyone can do that unless their workouts are only 30 minutes. I would like another solution.

WearablesI just figured this out yesterday! So glad it finally fixed it, although this setting should not break allowing the workout screen to show during workouts. This is totally stupid.
