Galaxy Buds Pro Not connecting to wearable

Hey guys and gals!
I've bought the Galaxy Buds Pro, and when I've tried to connect them to my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, they do connect via bluethooth but I cannot get them to connect via the Galaxy Wearable App.
The message I get is: No se ha podido conectar con los auriculares (Is in Spanish)
I've tried every method that I could find in the web, and also I'm using latest version of the wearable app and the buds manager.
I need help.

Hi MR90, have you tried Clear cache and Clear data for Galaxy wearable app?

I'm sure that the original Samsung Buds Pro should come up in the Wearable app. Where did you get it from?

There are better ear phones than the bud pro. The noise cancelling on this is not very good compared to the Bose earphone. Wouldn't waste your money on them.

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra and a pairt of Galaxy buds 2 pro which connect via bluetooth and work but won't connect to the wearable app.

I don't have full function which is annoying, bought the buds as reviews said if using a Samsung phone you get all the features !
