WearablesI purchased Galaxy Buds3 Pro with my S25 two/three weeks ago.
The ANC is beyond ineffective. Having ANC on actually makes the sounds I wish to cancel out LOUDER.
This is emphasised when gradually turning down the strength of the ANC from full to off. As I do this, the sounds of my car / laptop fan etc. actually drown out the lower the ANC is.
Please do not copy/paste the generic boilerplate response to reset my Galaxy Buds as I will include it within this post to save you the time. I have done this, and as many others have stated, this does not work.
Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand your concern with the sound not functioning as expected when using the ANC feature. We recommend resetting the Buds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103

We are sorry to hear this issue on your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Please try restarting your earbuds. If this does not work, you can try completely resetting your Galaxy Buds.
Go to the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone > Tap on Earbuds settings > Select Reset and confirm by tapping Reset again.

WearablesHi Tycheck,
We hear you, and appreciate that you've already gone through the standard troubleshooting steps, but still the ANC on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro might not be functioning correctly.
Check Ear Tip Size & Fit. A proper fit is essential for ANC to work effectively. Use the Ear Tip Fit Test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure a secure seal. Try different ear tip sizes to see which provides the best fit and isolation.
Verify Noise Control Settings. Go to Galaxy Wearable > Earbuds settings > Noise controls and ensure ANC is set to "High" for the best performance.
Ensure Software is Up to Date In Galaxy Wearable, go to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update and install any available updates.
Thank you.
