Galaxy health not syncing with galaxy watch 4 steps

Hi, 

I recently purchased the s23 ultra and transferred all my data to it. However, now my steps and sleeps data from MY GALAXY watch 4 are not syncing with samsung health and I have no idea how to make it work.

Hi, can you please try syncing your Samsung Health data between your phone and watch by following the below steps.

1. Open the Samsung Health app on your phone.
2. Tap Menu (the three horizontal lines), and then tap the Settings icon.
3. Tap Sync with Samsung account, and then tap the switch at the top to turn it on.
4. Tap Sync now.

Now, please check that if your Samsung Health data is syncing.

Hi, please check for updates on your watch and the Samsung Health app.

First, try to use the Galaxy Wearable app to check for available software updates for your watch and apps installed on the watch.

Next, from your phone, open the Samsung Health app. Open the Play Store, and then tap your profile icon in the top right. Tap Manage apps & device, then tap the Manage tab, and then tap Updates available.

If no updates are available, the app will not appear. It may be necessary to uninstall Samsung Health, and then reinstall it.

I have the same issue. S23 + Watch5

Sync is enabled. All up to date.
