Galaxy watch 4 swim tracking wrong

The swim tracking measurement for 25 meters was accurate but recently I noticed that 25meters x 4 lapse instead of showing 100 meters, it shows 250 to 350 meters. The software version is R870XXU1HWH5. OneUI version is 5.0 watch and the WearOS version is 4.0. I purchased this watch recently on July 21, 2023.

Yes I tried reset. Still I it's not fixed. How do I know if my watch software was updated recently?  Or could it be a hardware problem?
