Galaxy watch 4 voice message sending failed

Ive been using Samsung's messages app to send voice message on my watch 4. But then it stop working, keep saying sending failed. Okay if I send vioce messages through my phone. Speakers are working if I just call on my watch. Anyone know what's with it? And how to fix the problem? I believe Samsung message app it's the only app support voice message on the watch. Google message doesn't have that function.

Still not working. I have tried to submit my question and ask them to help. All I got was some auto replies with same answers. Reset the watch and reconnect to the phone which I have done many many times.

double post and triggered spam bot? I can't see your post(except Samsung member app listed as a notify). Get moderator unhide your message. I can't really see anything and I'm just guessing. I have few solution, and might not work, but I won't involve you to do any reset.
Samsung message app on the phone could have corrupt during the sync. I'm not hundred percent certain.
I want you try something on phone. Go onto phone setting then app list and find Samsung message then tap clear cache and force stop. Reopen Samsung Message app on your phone then on your watch open Samsung message then test voice message. If it works then good and if not. backup all your text message on Smart Switch. We don't need to back-up entire phone. Just Samsung message data only.  Go to setting on app list. find Samsung message and Clear data then on the watch test audio memo and if it work. Restore data from Smart Switch test audio message again and just for double check. Let me know result works or not.

I have the same problem for my brand new Samsung watch 5.
