Anybody else still waiting for Samsung to ship their watch? Does anybody know the real reason it's taking so long? I've ordered often from Samsung and never had to wait for so long.

It is not a trade in, just a normal pre-order from Samsung.ca, but I will check with support, thanks.

My experience with the Samsung Online Store was a gong show to say the least 🤦🏻 ♂️. As of this morning my pre-order was still processing. I ended up ordering my Pro 5 from Amazon Canada: https://a.co/d/2IDEzuX this morning which was offering same day delivery) and cancelled my pre-order at Samsung. I just received the watch (with the charger promo) about 20 minutes ago.

I'm happy for u, I too am a little frustrated but I contacted the on-line representative and it helped a little. The watch has now moved to dispatched which is good.
