I can't connect my gear iconx with my phone 
The bluetooth don't work and I dont know how change that

Hi @ouellette,

 

Is this your first time connecting to the buds(making sure that the connection is not already in the Bluetooth history)? If it is, maybe check your Bluetooth connection with the Samsung Members Get Help tab > Interactive checks > Bluetooth. Also it may help to ensure that the buds are charged as well.

If the buds have been connected before, try forgetting the icon X in your Bluetooth connection settings, and then reconnecting. Please let me know if you're still having issues!

Press the Pair button on the back of the case for approximately 3 to 5 seconds. The charging case indicator will flash red, green, and then blue while in pairing mode. Navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select Gear IconX from the list of available devices.

you can try to forget and reconnect the Gear Iconx in your phone's Bluetooth paired device setting.

Are you able to connect Gear Iconx to another device?
