WearablesHi suhedsf,
We are sorry to hear this issue from you. Please try the below steps and see if they might help to solve the issue.
Connect your Galaxy Watch to its charger and ensure the charger is plugged into a power source.
Leave it charging for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes, a fully drained battery takes some time to show signs of charging.
Make sure that the charger and charging cable are working correctly. You can try a different adapter or a different charging cable, if available, to see if the problem is with the charging equipment.
Press and hold the Power button (usually the lower button) for about 10–15 seconds until you see the Samsung logo. This may help restart the watch if it was frozen or unresponsive.
Sometimes, the issue might be with the power outlet. Try plugging the charger into a different outlet or even into a USB port on a computer to see if that makes a difference.
If there’s dirt or debris on the watch’s charging contacts or the charger, it might prevent the watch from charging properly. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the contacts and try charging again.
Thank you.
