Watch 7 ultra no esim

Hi everyone I bought my watch 7 ultra from samsung and I am using rogers as my provider. Every time I go and scan the add plan qr code it says code expired or already used. I am unable to use lte or get calls on my watch alone when phone is turned off. I tried contacting rogers but no luck! 
Any ideas how that may work?

P.S. already reset network settings on watch and phone.

I don't know if this is the case with your watch, but there's been some reports that if you didn't purchase a device from Rogers, you might have limited services. 

I'd suggest that you contact Rogers to confirm this.

Sorry to hear this issue from you. That's sound good plan! Going in store should allow their tech team to take a closer look and help get your watch's LTE set up properly.

Sometimes they can even reissue QR codes or troubleshoot account-specific issues in person and we really hope it all goes smoothly.
