WearablesI don't know if this is the case with your watch, but there's been some reports that if you didn't purchase a device from Rogers, you might have limited services.
I'd suggest that you contact Rogers to confirm this.

Sorry to hear this issue from you. That's sound good plan! Going in store should allow their tech team to take a closer look and help get your watch's LTE set up properly.
Sometimes they can even reissue QR codes or troubleshoot account-specific issues in person and we really hope it all goes smoothly.
