WearablesHi LeoMarha,
Welcome to the Galaxy ecosystem! Great choice with the Galaxy Watch7. To get started, explore features like Body Composition analysis, advanced sleep tracking, and customizable tiles.
Getting Started & Setup Tips. Galaxy Wearable App: This is your main control center. Use it to manage settings, download apps, customize watch faces, and more.
Tile Management: Swipe left on your watch to access tiles (widgets). Long press or edit via the Galaxy Wearable app to customize the order (weather, calendar, steps, heart rate, etc.).
Watch Faces: Long press the home screen to switch or customize watch faces. You can download thousands more from the Google Play Store or apps like Facer.
Battery Life Optimization:
Always On Display: Disable this in Settings > Display for longer battery life.
Sleep Mode: Automatically dims the screen and disables notifications.
Background App Management: In Galaxy Wearable > Watch Settings > Apps, you can restrict background activity for less-used apps.
Power Saving Mode: Enable this when you're low on battery to extend usage.
Fitness & Health Features:
Advanced Sleep Tracking: Tracks deep sleep, REM, and includes skin temperature and snore detection (if paired with a phone).
Body Composition: Measures body fat %, skeletal muscle, water content, and more unique to Galaxy Watches.
Auto Workout Detection: Automatically starts tracking walking, running, elliptical, and cycling without manual input.
Heart Rate, ECG & Blood Pressure: Use Samsung Health Monitor (ECG/BP may require regional support and calibration with a traditional monitor).
For the best experience, keep your Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Health apps up to date.
Let us know if you need any help!
Thank you.
