On July 10th, I placed a pre-order for the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Buds Pro 3. As per the invoice, the shipping was scheduled to commence on July 18th. However, my order is still in the processing stage. Considering that the official release date is July 24th. samsung online coustomer service agent answer to me was sorry is out of stock .what was the point of a pre-order if i still cant  get my order before the actual release date.

I would have understood if the Samsung website had indicated that the Watch Ultra and Buds Pro 3 were out of stock for pre-order. However, it is still possible to pre-order these items on the website, which is misleading. I pre-ordered these items during the Unpacked event with the expectation that they would arrive before July 24th. The purpose of pre-ordering is to avoid the disappointment of an item being out of stock. It is frustrating to learn that these items are out of stock, yet they can still be purchased in-store on July 24th.

I agree with mshai. If it's not available put it in out of stock status and make it unselectable. It's like you're leading is on and making us pay but and we won't get our items in a timely manner. My Samsung Watch Ultra pre-order says arriving in September 12th. I pre-ordered it and I have a feeling my local store will get the watch I want before I get it from Samsung. The only reason why I purchase it online is because of the e-voucher, the sale promo code, free 1 year Samsung Care+ and extra watch band. But even with all that if I see my watch that I ordered in a local store I may be tempted to cancel my pre-order if it hasn't arrived.

same... i got my watch ultra on july 17, but galaxy buds 3 pro is still in the "order accepted" state. i spoke with the live chat support, but didn't help at all.

The shipment of my watch is being delayed due to the unavailability of the buds. I have communicated with the live chat support team, but they have provided inconsistent explanations. I have requested that my watch be shipped separately, but they have informed me that it is not possible due to stock limitations. This situation is causing me frustration and inconvenience.

Same issue with me....Samsung customer support gives silly excuse that item is out of stock, but when I checked online...it showed in stock.

Just Delaying.....Just had conversation with samsung customer support for the 5th time in a week.

Don't know when going to recieve prebook items.

It's almost like they say we'll let you pre-order it but if we don't have it we'll make you wait but at least we have your money. They shouldn't even charge you until it ships.

Got the same issue with just the watch ultra, it's been stuck on order accepted since July 11th, and customer support has been absolutely useless

It is disheartening to observe that the concept of pre-ordering, which was initially intended to facilitate early access to products before their official release date, seems to have lost its significance. As of tomorrow, individuals will be able to simply visit a store and purchase the product, rendering the purpose of pre-ordering somewhat redundant.
