Purchasing the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

Anyone know, why samsung doesn't allow it's customers to trade the old galaxy buds towards the purchase of a new one? 

The reason I am asking is that if i am not getting rid off my old buds, why would I buy a new one and put my old buds in the corner of my house as an unuseful piece?

I had the most recent AirPod Pro. Now i have Buds2 Pro, i adore it.. For me, it's much better than AirPod Pro. I don't have any answer to your question. But the new Buds2 pro is really worth it.

This isn't just a requirement, this is more about Samsung's so-called support for environmental conservation and its implementation in the system. If Samsung really supports environmental conservation, then it should have plans to recycle every product they produce.

Just forget about doing trade ins.

You'll go through a whole bunch of issues as many members on here have and you won't even get a good price for it either. Might as well go sell it on Facebook market or something

Very true in the sense of money. However, in the sense of environmental impact, the so-called support needs to be truly effective.

Remove a charger from the box but sell it separately with even more materials wasted for example...
