As of now, The feature is not available in Canada. Samsung is working closely with many regulators in countries and looking forward to expanding the services to more markets. We will share updates in the future.
Closely... Lol lost faith in samsung watch update and feature, active 2 released on September 23rd 2019, 1 year, no ECG... Near the end of the life cycle of the watch and the advertise feature of the release isn't even active yet in Canada, completely ridiculous of the lack of action... 46mm didn't revived any update since a year now...
