Resetting daily steps count on watch 4 classic.

Hi,

I am looking to reset the current daily steps count on my watch 4 classic. The reason is it takes into count my car ride as steps and some hand gestures as well. Even asking Bixby to reset today's daily count did not work. 

Anyone have an idea on how to erase the days initial count?

I don't recall you can reset daily step count manually. But it reset itself daily.

Hi Mosahd, please try the below steps and write back to us if the issue still persists.

From the Pedometer main screen, tap the. Menu icon. (located in the upper right). Tap. Reset steps. . From the confirmation prompt, tap. OK.

I think this is for previous watch. At least GW3 has no such settings.

Tallman is right. I have no such options on my watch 4 classic.

Hi, There is no option to reset it manually. Steps are counted when there is a hand movement. The watch is intended to calculate real step counts, for example, while walking.
