WearablesHi sourdough81,
We are sorry to hear that your Galaxy Buds have stopped charging and the blinking orange light indicates an issue. If cleaning the contact points hasn’t resolved the problem, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to fix the charging problem:
Performing a reset can often resolve issues caused by software glitches:
Place the Buds in the Charging Case. Keep the case lid open. Press and hold the touchpads on both Buds for about 7 seconds until you see the indicator light flash red and then white. This will reset them.
Try removing the Buds from your Bluetooth devices and then re-pairing them:
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and remove the Buds from the list. Then, put them back in the case, open the lid, and try reconnecting.
If you haven’t tried this already, charge the case without the Buds inside:
Plug the case into a power source and see if the light changes. If the case charges properly, the issue may be isolated to the Buds.
Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the charging issue with your Galaxy Buds.
Thank you.
