WearablesDid a walking workout today and clocked in 3,260 steps. But on my Daily Steps counter, it's only showing 1,490.
I've tried reading older posts by other members and even resetted my watch, but nothing has changed. Help 😫

WearablesHi YinLing7, we apologize for the buggy experience. We will monitor if other users are having the same issue.
Meanwhile, Please check the watch's fit: If the watch is too loose, or the sensor is dirty, it may have difficulty tracking your steps and heart rate. Clean the watch and make sure it's properly fitted to get the best results.
Reboot the watch: Press and hold the Home key (Power key) and Back key simultaneously for 7 seconds, until the watch displays "Rebooting..." When the watch has finished booting, test the step and heart rate trackers.
If you are still having issues after rebooting your watch, check for software updates on your watch and the Galaxy Wearable app.
If you still face the issue, we invite you to report the error through Samsung Members app by going to the 'Support' tab, scroll down to the 'Send feedback' section, click 'Error reports', and submit your report.

WearablesHi - I am facing the same issue. I use "circuit training" workout for my crossfit sessions and i don't get the steps counted towards my step goal. I ran 400 m today and my step count is 800 :'(

WearablesI am having the exact same issue with Galaxy Fit 3. To summarise, I am having below issues.
1. Sleep tracking does not work. It only tracks a portion of my sleep. It says that I woke up several times during night. Some days, it does not track my sleep at all. My band is tight and I tried resetting it too. It just does not work.
2. Steps during my Circuit training do not get synced with Samsung Health app on my phone. The step count in such cases is always more on my band than in the app.
3. If I perform workouts which use GPS like Walking, the watch is never able to sync that workout to the app on my phone. I can still see the workout and it's details on my band.
Not sure if Samsung is planning to fix these issues. These should have been addressed as soon as it was possible as these are the basic requirements from a fitness band.

WearablesI have the problem with Elliptical sessions - steps are not being counted. They did so on my old FitBit Charge5. Everything else works fine on the Fit3, including syncing between watch & phone. But not this.

WearablesI am having this issue too. it has worked fine for like a year and all of a sudden my workouts aren't going into the daily count. I just did over 6k steps in a walk but my daily total is only 2k.... this is my third samsung watch each with some odd issue - I hope this can be fixed I would rather not change brands.
