Samsung Smart TV pairing issue with wireless devices

I have Samsung Smart TV UN58RU7100 and it won't pair with any Bluetooth speakers (I tried with 3 devices). It recognized them, as in showing the devices name on the display but when I pair and connect it won't work. I have tried to restart the TV (hold power button) and plug off the power for 10 seconds but still no changes. 

Before I factory reset the TV, any other solutions?

Hi, As you had performed all the troubleshooting steps, we suggest you to factory reset the TV.
Note: When you perform a Factory Reset, all settings will revert to factory default. These settings include picture and sound settings, channel menu settings, clock and timer settings, and other settings that you may have changed. In addition, if you had your TV professionally calibrated, you may lose the calibration settings if the calibration was not done through the service menu.
