Shipping delay

I was told today that the problem lies with the courier being too busy to pick up the parcel. Maybe by Thursday they'll have a better idea on when Purolator/FedEx will get around to picking it up.

whats even more BS is she said she'd email me back in a couple hours with an update on the "courier delays". It's now 1745 MST and no email. Surprise surprise. Wonder if the email servers are delaying her responses?
