For those of us still waiting for their pre-order and that got that email a couple of weeks back saying that it would start shipping on August 9th, anyone got any kind of communication from Samsung? Any update?
I'm still in "Order accepted"/"Order preparation" limbo.

We are sorry for the delay regarding the pre-order. Kindly provide us the details requested in the DM(direct message), so that we will check status with the Online shopping team regarding the issue. Please check the direct message by following the below instructions and reply to us with the requested information. Log in to the web version of Samsung Members community Canada (Link: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/community/ct-p/ca-community) and click on the Message icon at the top right (Samsung Members) >> Inbox >> Reply to the DM (Direct Message).
OR
Viewing your Direct messages Inbox from your device. On the Members app go to the Community tab. Click on your profile picture and username. Click on Direct message.

WearablesMy order status still says "Start shipping from: 18/07/2024"... which it clearly did not. The only update I had since then was an email from Samsung on July 29th saying that my new estimated shipping date would be August 9th.

WearablesYou're clearly a lucky one! I haven't received anything so far of my order (Watch Ultra, Buds Pro 3 and free buds case). Asked multiple time to have a partial shipment (I know the Buds Pro 3 were delayed due to QA issue) but support refused every time.
