Trouble with seeing calls displayed on my watch

So I have a Galaxy watch 5 and for a while now I've noticed that when my phone rings I don't see the notification pop up on my watch or I don't see my screen display the call so I can answer it, even when I'm at work and have my headphones in. Now I went through and looked it up online and find out what settings I need to change and have done that. And the furthest I've gotten recently is to see the phone icon at the bottom of my

I believe I've tried all these steps as part of the process I was mentioning. But I will run through all these again. And try the last resort again, too
