Trouble with using voice to text

I have a Galaxy Wat5 and all of a sudden when I'm typing a message via text or Whatsapp or whatever or replying when I hit the microphone to use the voice text option it all sudden won't keep the microphone up and just cancels out. Has anyone else been having this problem

We regret to hear that you are experiencing issues with the voice-to-text functionality.  Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Restart Your Watch


Press and hold the Home and Back buttons until the Samsung logo appears.

A reboot often clears temporary glitches.

2. Clean Input Settings

Open a message on your watch.

Tap the message field to bring up the keyboard.

Swipe up from the dash at the bottom to reveal input options.

Select the microphone—this may reset the default input method.

3.  Check for Software Updates


Go to Settings > About Watch > Software to ensure you're running the latest version.

Updates often fix bugs related to input and app compatibility.

4. Clear Cache or Uninstall Problematic Apps


If the issue started after installing any third party app, try uninstalling it.

Third-party watch faces or apps can interfere with input functions.

If none of the suggested steps resolve the issue, performing a factory reset may be considered as a final option. Prior to proceeding, please ensure that your data is backed up by navigating to: Account and Backup > Back Up and Restore.
