Got a new ultra watch, love the look and feel, but the bands gets so dirty so fast (orange) black around the edges, impossible to clean properly.

Is this something anyone else is experiencing? For a watch this expensive, I guess i expected more

Hi seanster73,

It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the look and feel of your new Ultra Watch! However, we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a band that gets dirty quickly, especially when you’ve invested in a premium device.

This can happen due to exposure to sweat, oils, or environmental factors. Here are some tips to help clean and maintain your watch band:

Regular Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with clean water to gently wipe the band. Avoid using soap or harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the material.

Avoid Chemicals: Keep the band away from cosmetics, sunscreen, or cleaning products, as these can cause discoloration.

Preventive Care: Clean the band regularly, especially after workouts or exposure to sweat, to prevent buildup.

Thank you.

Appreciate the feedback, and that is the plan. I just feel when I look at my wife's watch with a sports band in a bright color it does not have the same issue. A quick wipe and it's gone, this one needs a bit more time and energy to keep clean. I was more curious if other had the same experience

Followed all the info on how to clean this, used mild soap, warm water, soft bristle toothbrush and the same black marks are there. I don't want to complain, but for a premium watch with premium price tag, this is not what I would expect.
