If you're unable to turn on or use the Walkie-Talkie app on your Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, here are a few things you can check to get it working:
Please ensure that the Walkie-Talkie app is supported on the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. Some apps are limited to specific devices or models, and it's possible that the feature might require both users to have compatible Samsung watches.
The Walkie-Talkie app requires an active connection, either Wi-Fi or LTE. Make sure your watch is connected to a network. If it’s paired with your phone, the phone should also be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
The app might need certain permissions to function. Go to Settings > Apps > Walkie-Talkie on your Galaxy Watch or connected phone, and ensure that all necessary permissions are granted, such as microphone access.
Ensure that both you and the person you're trying to communicate with are logged in to Samsung accounts on your watches. Some Samsung apps and features require a Samsung account for syncing and functionality.
