I think Watch 7 and Watch 7 Ultra both support blood pressure monitoring. Also the Samsung Health Monitor app is available in Canada already. At least my 2 years ago Watch 5 Pro has blood pressure monitoring.
Found an info from Samsung Global. It seems like Watch FE also support blood pressure monitoring. It depends on which market available on this feature. Canada has this feature support, logically watch FE may have blood pressure monitoring.

Exactly, this is why I give up on using it. If they change to re-calibrate every 90 days, I still like to use it, every 30 days are too frequent. So, I did not use it for long time.
