Watch ultra battery messed up after new update

My Watch Ultra battery which says battery stability fixed has caused issue

I had 53% battery and suddenly after 4hrs it went to 15%, then i checked in battery it showed always on display took 47% of battery and media controller 12% and i never played any song,this happened after the new update

Issue caught: new feature Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification in samsung health monitor is culprit, disable it ur good to go
