Is it because the device runs on Android Go 11? Is there an alternative app? Or does this mean you can't pair A03 Core with a wearable?

over a year later and no reply. there are millions of phones running android go (many with >2GB memory), including samsung phones. It would be nice to know why and which ones wearables isn't working with.
Even better would have been to know this info before I bought the watch
