when I attach the screenshot here, the "sent" button turns to pale blue and doesn't work. :l

Hi @Milad, perhaps trying a different browser and see if you are able to attach any files. If not I suggest taking your device into your local Samsung Service Center so they can physically inspect your device. It may be faster for them to test and see what the issue is in person.

you have to also type some sort of text with your image to post it
