hi there , i cannot add anything to smarthings all i get is server error try again later, i m trying to connect washer. dryer connected no problem also dosent find tv to add both are samsung products. ive tried everything washer gets to 39% then cannot connet ap just flashes on screen.on tv just says server error i have a v3 hub anybody got any solutions to this?????
You will have to call the Samsung Technical Department and they may be able to troubleshoot with you on connecting your washer and TV to smartthings. There may also be a possibility that Samsung's server is temporarily out of service.
