How can I recover deleted emails on Samsung Galaxy2 tablet ?

All the deleted emails are sent to the trash folder, Please check the trash folder in the email app.

They've done from the Trash folder as well. They're nowhere to be found .. and some have some very important information.

" They"ve GONE from the Trash folder ... ".

the mail server might still have them on site. try their website. if the mail is gone from the trash there, I'm afraid they're just gone.

With not being too ' tech savy ' (not at all) ... How would I get the mail server's website ?

They are saying..
Instead of using the email app, try going on the internet and logging in there, but likely, if everything is synced and the trash is empty in the app it is also gone on the internet website 🤷♂️

I open "trash" and it tells me my trash will be empty in 30 days but does not tell me how to retrieve
