Turning off "Allow background data usage" doesnt do what it supposed to do. The app still uses data even I close it.
But on my older Samsung device with android 6 it works. I feel this is really unfair since Andoid 13 promises a better privacy for the users. I cant even find a settings to restrict data usage or even turn off all data activity for a certain app.
After some deep digging to the settings I find it. But unfortunately you can only choose one, either only allow on Wi-Fi or only allow on Mobile data, still no option to entirely disable network usage.
