Hi, could you please provide the model number of the device and let me know what is the exact error which is popping up when you try to access the photos?
Check and see if you have any storage left using a file app, if your storage is getting low go into downloads folder or wherever and delete some stuff you don't need. Or go into settings /device care /storage and clean it up this way. then make sure you have an account synced with your device to backup your pictures and or use smartswitch to backup to a computer 🤙✌️
