Samsung Moderators Don't See These Posts?

These two posts have been available on Samsung Members for 2 days now! 

Without any doubt, they have both been REPORTED multiple times! 

Clearly they do NOT belong on Samsung Members. 

Are they not visible on the platform that Moderators use? 

Is the "Report" function broken again?

It obviously doesn't work. Have seen many questionable posts, and nothing was ever done. Ignorance IS bliss.
