Secondly, it doesn't matter what Province or Carrier you are with, Samsung releases the OTAs, not the Canadian Carriers.

That's the grossest thing I've heard all day. Just because someone made a mistake, doesn't excuse treating others the way you are. It's because of gross comments and bullying that people go and commit suicide, or get depression. What good did your comment do. A little bit of patience and joy goes a long way
