I have an A70 and i recently updated it. After updating a lot of apps have started to crash randomly, and one game i have just freezes as soon as it is done loading. Is there a way i can fix this or do i have to wait for samsung to release another update that might solve this problem

Hi, Please could you try to back up and reset your device. To Backup data: From Settings, navigate to and tap Accounts and backup. Tap Back up data under "Samsung Cloud". On the next screen, select the content you want to back up, or simply tap Select all. When you are ready, tap Back up at the bottom of the screen. Tap Done when it is finished syncing. Please perform the below steps to reset the data. Before that, please sign out from Google account and Samsung account on the device Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Factory Data reset.

To restore the data: From Settings, navigate to and tap Accounts and backup. Tap Restore data under "Samsung Cloud". On the next screen, select your desired device (at the top of the screen), and then select the content you want to restore. Next, tap Restore at the bottom of the screen. If required, follow the on-screen instructions to download your backup data. Note: You cannot back up the app's data.

Clear your cache partition in recovery mode. To get in recovery mode, shut down your phone, then once its completely off, press and hold both the power button and volume up until you see recovery mode. Then use the volume button to navigate to clear cache partition and press power button. Once that's done just navigate back to restart device and hit power button.

Hi, As you have updated the android version I suggest you perform Wipe Cache Partition and write back to us if the issue still persists. Please try performing the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below and check if the issue got resolved. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition". Press Bixby / Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select. When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.
