alarm problem

just updated my phone (a5) and now my alarms don't go off in the morning. I'm always in a call on discord while I sleep (long distance relationship) but the audio for my alarm went off before. I've missed two alarms now since the update, and I just don't understand why the audio for my alarm won't play when everything else does?

Try clearing the alarm clock cache, restart your phone and then test a few alarms to see if they work.

can you also check to see in the alarm setting if the "Alarm Tone and Volume" slider is set to on?

Check the following setting: Open the Phone app -> Parameters -> Call Signal -> Allow alarms & notifications during calls
